Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee every plant arrives alive and healthy. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at brandon@sunshinestatefoliage.com with a few photos of the plant and packaging. We will respond promptly.
The 24-hour window exists because live plant condition changes rapidly after delivery; early reporting allows us to distinguish shipping damage from care-related issues that develop after arrival.
What We Ask
- Reach out within 24 hours of delivery
- Send a couple photos so we can see what happened
- Hold onto the plant and packaging until we sort it out
How We Handle It
We handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. Depending on availability, we will either replace the plant or issue a full refund.
- Decision: within 2-3 business days of your claim
- Replacement shipment: the next Monday after approval
- Refund posting: 3–7 business days to your original payment method
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment. Once shipped, we can't cancel but our live arrival guarantee still applies.
Returns for Change of Mind
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind. As live, perishable goods, plants cannot withstand a return shipping cycle without significant stress and potential loss; once a plant has been packed, shipped, and unboxed at its destination, the journey back is rarely survivable. This policy aligns with the standard perishable goods exception recognized by the Federal Trade Commission and applies across the live plant industry.
