Strap leaf Anthurium, this one will do great in a hanging basket under bright, indirect light.

You will receive a similarly sized, or larger seedling as pictured here. I personally grow Anthurium in well-washed cocochips since I live in Florida. In a less humid/hot environment, one could add #4 perlite to the blend.
