Currently unknown origin, and unknown ID. Well, likely from Borneo, and probably some species of fern Gametophyte. It is also iridescent, and I'll catch it shimmering when viewed from certain angles (see photo 1 as a reference)

This thing spreads! It showed up for me one day and has been spreading all over... and this is a welcome thing!

Much more well behaved than moss, as it does not smother even the most delicate and tiny of plants. To me this is the most important part.

You'll receive a section around the size of the last photo. Measurents in CM. You don't need a lot, trust me! like I said, it spreads. I took a section that large and smeared it all over the new hygrolon surfaces in my display terrarium, and it has grown steadily from fragments left behind, so tiny they couldn't be seen initially. Can be crumbled and spread from TINY fragments.

Keep damp/moist, use RO water. Probably the two crucial components to keeping this happy.
