Care information
Growers choice- you will receive a non-exact, but similar plant as pictured.
Emblemantha species. This plant gets a bit larger, so prepare accordingly if you plant to put it in an enclosed terrariums. This variety is very velvety, and the new foliage emerges looking ridiculously good.
This plant does better than all the similar Labisia/Ardisia-like plants at growing in ambient air conditions (30-50%RH) This plant does great in a greenhouse, and thrives in high heat (85-95°f, though not critical). I grow mine outside near year-round in z10a FL.
Keep in well drained potting media. I have been having the best success growing mine in an akadama × cocochip (wash the salts out well!) blend.
