Care information
This is a truly gorgeous Selaginella species from SE Ecuador. It has an upright, feathery and dense growth habit, forming something akin to sheets.
Needs high humidity, seems to grow better on sphagnum or peat substrate than clay substrates, and appreciates good airflow. I've managed to get it to grow epiphytically on Epiweb in my main display tank, and it is doing well. I'd the lighting is too high it will begin turning lime-green, and I would recommend reducing lighting.
